LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY: WHY SHEBA LAGBE ORG WAS BORN

We were born in Bangladesh. We’ve seen the pain up close—mothers untreated, fathers waiting for help that never comes, rural patients walking miles for a doctor, families trapped in debt just to buy medicine.

The truth is hard: our healthcare system is overwhelmed, underfunded, and painfully centralized. Hospitals are packed, doctors are scarce, and rural care is nearly out of reach. According to national surveys, over 70% of Bangladeshis struggle to access basic health services at the rigDece.

Over 67% of Bangladesh’s population lives in rural areas, but only a fraction have access to trained healthcare workers or emergency services. Public hospitals are overcrowded, under-resourced, and often inaccessible. Corruption, negligence, and shortage of skilled personnel are daily headlines. Our health system is in crisis—and the poor pay the highest price.

We could not stay silent. We felt responsible.

That’s why Sheba Lagbe Org was born—not to make money off misery, but to make healthcare human again.

We are building a new model: Hospital at Home. We deliver trained, certified nurses, doctors and life-saving equipment—oxygen cylinders, beds, therapy machines—directly to patients’ homes. We serve with compassion, dignity, and care. But we go beyond service—we act with responsibility.

We donate 10% of our profit to serve the poor. We are building a long-term dream: To establish decentralized hospital services in every Upazila of Bangladesh, so no one is left behind. These local care centers will provide quality healthcare to the poor at a minimal fee, rooted in dignity—not dependence.

We’ve already started.

Through our Free Health Campaign, we’ve reached deep into remote villages. Over 738 people in Barisal Division have already received completely free medical services, and our goal is bold: To reach all 64 districts of Bangladesh by this year.

Because this is not just our business. This is our duty.

We will not wait for change—we are becoming it.We are Sheba Lagbe Org. We don’t just talk about healthcare—we deliver it.

One home. One village. One nation at a time.
