2. Service Eligibility

  • Services are available to individuals aged 18 or above or those with legal guardians.

  • Sheba Lagbe reserves the right to refuse service based on availability, health risk assessment, or safety concerns.

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • All service bookings must be made through our website, phone, or verified representatives.

  • Confirmation is subject to availability and may be rescheduled due to medical team logistics or emergency situations.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, mobile banking (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket), or other methods as agreed.

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm service.

  • Package pricing may differ based on duration (monthly, weekly, or short-term rates).

  • All prices are in BDT and subject to VAT where applicable.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • For eligible refunds, a processing fee may apply. Refunds are made within 7–10 working days via original payment method.

  • Emergency cancellation (due to hospitalization, death, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Limitations

  • Sheba Lagbe is not liable for pre-existing medical conditions or complications unrelated to our service.

  • Our team cannot perform procedures beyond their medical scope or without proper authorization (e.g., surgeries, invasive diagnostics).

  • Services are subject to area coverage and safety verification of the patient’s home.

7. Medical Disclaimer

  • Our services are provided by trained, certified professionals. However, Sheba Lagbe does not offer emergency medical services.

  • For life-threatening emergencies, contact your nearest hospital or call local emergency services immediately.

  • Sheba Lagbe is not a substitute for emergency care, ICU units, or hospital-grade critical setups unless explicitly arranged in advance.

8. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate medical history and personal details.

  • Any misleading or false information may result in suspension or termination of service.

  • You are responsible for ensuring a safe and clean environment for our healthcare staff.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, service descriptions, images, and documents, is the property of Sheba Lagbe. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
