1. Service-Based Nature

Our offerings (e.g., nursing care, physiotherapy, doctor visits, equipment rentals) are service-based and delivered in person. As such, returns do not apply to our services, but refunds may be issued under certain conditions outlined below.

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund in the following situations:

  • Service Cancellation (24+ hours before start):

    • ✅ Full refund (minus transaction processing fee)

  • Service Cancellation (within 24 hours):

    • ❌ Non-refundable (logistics & staff already allocated)

  • Duplicate payment or billing error:

    • ✅ Full refund after verification

  • Service delay or non-availability from our end:

    • ✅ Option for reschedule or full refund

🚫 Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Services already delivered (nursing visit, test conducted, equipment installed)

  • Change of mind after service team is dispatched

  • Unsuitable home environment or client non-cooperation

  • Refund requests made after 72 hours of the original service date (unless medically justified)

🔁 Equipment Returns

For medical equipment rentals:

  • Equipment must be returned in the condition it was delivered

  • Damages caused by misuse or negligence will be charged

  • Deposits (if taken) will be refunded within 5–7 business days after return inspection

📆 Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (Bkash/Nagad/Bank)
