Our offerings (e.g., nursing care, physiotherapy, doctor visits, equipment rentals) are service-based and delivered in person. As such, returns do not apply to our services, but refunds may be issued under certain conditions outlined below.

Service Cancellation (24+ hours before start):

Service Cancellation (within 24 hours):

Duplicate payment or billing error:

Service delay or non-availability from our end:
✅ Option for reschedule or full refund
🚫 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Services already delivered (nursing visit, test conducted, equipment installed)
Change of mind after service team is dispatched
Unsuitable home environment or client non-cooperation
Refund requests made after 72 hours of the original service date (unless medically justified)
🔁 Equipment Returns
For medical equipment rentals:
Equipment must be returned in the condition it was delivered
Damages caused by misuse or negligence will be charged
Deposits (if taken) will be refunded within 5–7 business days after return inspection

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be made via the original payment method (Bkash/Nagad/Bank)
